Abstract
Objective:Analysis on the changes of the early onset and recurrent of cerebral infarction patients' serum homocysteine(Hcy)plasma D-dimer(DD)and whole blood coagulant activity organization factors(TFPCA).Method:After testing on 70 early onset and 80 recurrent of cerebral infarction patients' serum Hcy,plasma DD and whole blood TF-FCA,and make a comparison with 80 healthy controls(control group).Result:Compared with the control group, the early onset and recurrent of cerebral infarction patients' Hcy,DD and TF-PCA increased, but recurrent of cerebral infarction patients had a obvious increasing(P0.05or P0.01).Conclusion: Acute cerebral infarction patients' Hcy,DD and TF-PCA blood oxygen level dependent has clinical significance in the determination and clinical observation of the early onset and recurrent of cerebral infarction patients.
