The Experimental Design for Program Memory of Flash Memory

Abstract

This article deals with the reading-and-writing operation of flash memory chip W29C011A and the methods of software data protection. Flash memory experimental item is designed based on 51 single-chip microcomputer experimental system.Without programmer,using ISP function of flash memory,machine code can be written into flash memory chip and program memory function is implemented.
