Abstract
According to Neo-liberal Institutionalism,nations should abandon the collective action logic and solve the international issues by cooperation in the field of international politics.But there are many shortages and limitations in the explanation of cooperation by the Neo-liberal Institutionalism.It ignores many important factors,such as the national interests,superpowers' right and so on,thus leads to the weakness of its theoretical interpretation.
