Abstract

Talent training program of Numerical Control Technology Specialty is job-oriented and focusing on students' professional skills training to help students meet the job requirements.This paper discusses the way of developing professional talent training program through cooperation between enterprise and colleges,which will serve as a springboard for construction of specialty,curriculum,course,training base and teaching group.
