Abstract
The nature of scientific development is selecting the right mode and path of social development according to our understanding of the development law and construction law of socialist society.The basic laws of socialism rightly explained by the concept of scientific development mainly include the following: the law of overall and coordinated social development,the law of mutually promotive social and personal development,the law of social stability and social harmony,and the law of coordinated development of man and nature.These are the basic laws to abide in the course of scientific development.The concept of scientific development has chosen the mode of overall coordinated sustainable development and the path of promoting production,creating rich life and maintaining optimal ecology for the development of civilization.
