Probing on some Problems in Co-will

Abstract

In Chinese law of inheritance there are strict and clear regulations about the inheritance by will. But the law doesn' t mention the regulations about the co-will. Consequently the disputes concerning co-will always happened in judicial practice. Therefore, it is necessary to study and explore this issue, and provide theoretic reasons and law guidance for the judicial practice.
