Abstract

Objective To study the diagnosis and prognosis of acute hepatitis with detection of ADA and CHE. Methods The concentration of ADA and CHE for acute hepatitis patients and control group were detected by Olympus AU2700 and J J vitros 950 analyzers. The 185 samples of experiment group come from the out-patients of acute hepatitis in our hospital, and 105 normal samples were considered by control group. Results The assay ADA results of experiment group were higher than control group(P0.01), however the one of CHE were lower than control group(P0.01). Conclusion The detection with panel of ADA and CHE were useful for diagnose and prognosis of acute hepatitis.
