Abstract

Economic globalization, with integration of world production as its basic feature, is the global optimum allocation of resources under world multi-polarization, economic marketalization and knowledge economization. Along with it, transnational corporations, breaking down barriers between countries and regions, become the main form of the organizational makeup in industrial organization. Moreover, as well as competition begins to consider improving efficiency as the central task of economic growth and economic is now the core element of industrial international competitive power: hence the foundamental shift of canonical form in industrial organization theory away from market structure to monopoly structure.
