Measures to increase the smoothness of asphalt pavement

Abstract

Combined with the wide application of asphalt pavement the question that how to increase the smoothness of asphalt pavement is discussed;at the same time from five aspects: smoothness of base,asphalt mixture,base level,spreading construction and rolling operation practical measures are proposed in order to meet the engineering requirements on smoothness of asphalt pavement.
