Abstract
The basic principles of economic law comprise the principle of economic legality,the principle of economic equilibrium and the principle of economic development.The economic rationality of rule of law strengthens the legal basis of the basic principles of economic law;the scientific view of development becomes the philosophical basis of the basic principles of economic law;to achieve the right of economic development is the legal target of the basic principles of economic law;cooperation,equilibrium and coordination are the important support of the basic principles of economic law.
