Abstract

Increasing farmers’ income is the key to the issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers.At present,the fundamental reason for the slow increase of farmers’ income lies in the constraining factors of the system.The fundamental means to promoting the in crease of farmers’ income is to eliminate the system barriers in the increase of farmers’ income.
