Abstract
People are different in understanding what the imputation principle is,and we should cognize the imputation principles by casting back their phylogeny,and then we can find that the imputation principle is just a reason that legislator makes the party respond.The liability for no is not an imputation principle but consists of many imputation principles,in which the liability for abnormal jeopardy is an important one.Now there are two imputation principles in private law: the liability for fault and the liability for abnormal jeopardy,which should be applied to tort at the same time.
