A Discussion on Employment-Oriented Computer Skill Training Models in Vocational College

Abstract

Skill training is an important part of computer education in vocational college.After analyzing the current status and the existing problems of skill education in vocational college,a new idea of employment-oriented skill training is present.The paper focuses on three points to discuss the computer skill training models in vocational college: what kinds of skill training,how to develop skill training and what way to evaluate the results of skill training.The goal is to integrate skill training and post and job truly,and to enhance the competitiveness of student employment in embodying the characteristics of vocational education.
