Abstract

This test virulence of 400 g/L Flusilazole EC,43% Tebuconazole SC,25% Pyraclostrobin EC,20% Coumoxystrobin SC and 1.6% benziothiazolinone AS was studied on apple tree valsa canker in vitro. The results showed that five fungicides have different inhibitory effects to mycelial growth of Valsa mali Miyabe et Yamada, the EC50 of 400 g/L Flusilazole EC,43% Tebuconazole SC and 25% Pyraclostrobin EC were 0.015 11 μg/mL、 0.031 83 μg/mL and 0.090 88 μg/mL,respectively.The inhibitory effects to mycelial growth were better than common agent 20% Coumoxystrobin SC and 1.6% benziothiazolinone AS,the EC50 were 17.351 52 μg/mL and 1.991 69 μg/mL,respectively.
