Abstract

Objective:To study the effect of GM-CSF and its inducing osteoclast on proliferation of osteoblast.Methods:Contrast to divide into groups to be adopted and the cell counts, use the analysis of variance to examine, define this relation.Results:GM-CSF and its inducing osteoclast induced proliferation of osteoblast.Conclusion:GM-CSF can activate the signal pathway and gene expression in the osteoclast, at the same time, express gene result to proliferation of osteoblast.
