Analysis of the Present Situation and Character of Cerebral Palsy Rehabilitation in China

Objective To investigate the mode and character of cerebral palsy rehabilitation in China.Methods The present situation of cerebral palsy rehabilitation at home and abroad was analyzed.The domestic method of acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of cerebral palsy and its mechanism research were expounded by literature review.Conclusion Acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of cerebral palsy has potential great social and economic benefits.It is proper to conduct a prospective and multicentre randomized controlled trial of acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of child cerebral palsy to find an exactly effective and completely practicable acupuncture-moxibustion protocol and establish the Chinese characteristic system of cerebral palsy rehabilitation with acupuncture and moxibustion as a center.
