A Clarification of Essential Theories in Legal System

Abstract

Legal system is one of the basic concepts of science.The essential theory of system has been set up in China,but in certain aspects,the common view has not been achieved.This paper clarifies the following theoretical problems in systems:the basic attribute and the exterior character of system,the relationship between system and lawmaking system,the definition and classification of legal branch.
