Abstract
Comparing the influences of two different kinds of cooling after rolling on microstructure and properties of ultra strength steel with boron, the bainite + ferrite microstructure could be gained by spray water cooling to 450℃ and then natural cooling to room-temperature, therefore, the high yield strength and tensile strength of the testing steel could be gained. Ferrite + fine pearlite + little bainite microstructure could be gained by natural cooling to room-temperature after rolling, the tensile strength of the testing steel is lower 260 MPa than that of the former.
