Contradiction and Educational Response to the Process of Social Work Professionalization

In the process of procession of Social Work Impelled by Government, Some contradiction appears. These contradiction include in not only that government impel VS independent development of social work, dilemma in development of NGO, but also that social work education adapting to the need of professionalization of social work difficultly, and accepting modern social worker VS attracting to professional social workers, regional imbalance between supply and need in social service, etc. These contradictions affected on the professional process of social work and needs response to social work educations that include integrating teaching, research and practice, developing technique of evaluation of social work, integrating professional education and vocational education, developing clinic social work, etc.
