Abstract

The difference between pledge of intellectual property and traditional pledge lies on the invisibility of pledge. The former one has been a new way to finance for scientific and technological enterprises. But there are some risks,such as value fluctuation,lack of system of market transaction and particularity of rights,etc. To perfect the defensive mechanism on pledge risk of intellectual property,we should amplify service mechanism of government,construct risk sharing mechanism,establish evaluation system of intellectual property,and innovate service of financial institution.
