Accompany with the development of evolutionary biology and bioinformatics,new progress on the study of evolutionary relationship among different species has been achieved.Also new molecular evolutionary methods make the construction of phylogenetic tree more convenient.This paper reviewed some popular methods and molecular markers in constructing phylogenetic tree.
