Abstract

A metadata management system based on the composite technology is proposed.First of all,two kinds of common metadata management theory: centralized and composite are discussed.Then,the main technology and the architecture in the composite module in this system,and focus on learning the function of object-based storage device.After that,this article analyzes the function and the module of the metadata sever in this system.Finally,the importance of the metadata standards is explained.Using this system,the metadata management,data disposal,analysis process will be more effective,more convenient and safer.
