A Survey of Digital Watermarking Techniques

As an effective method of protecting copyright for digital media,the techniques of digital watermarking have gained more and more attention all over the world.First the basic concepts and the characteristics of digital watermarking are introduced,then the classification of watermarking is summarized in detail.Followed this,the system model and key technologies about watermarking are analyzed.Finally,the application areas of digital watermarking techniques are discussed and the possible future research direction of digital watermark technique are pointed out.
