Abstract
As many conditions changing,the standard of so-called modest government bonds size must have changed.In a sense,there is not only modest government bonds size that can dominate all the term and all the countries.Some indicators used for controlling debts risks can hardly measure the economic burden of government bonds and the means by setting up warning-line is not realistic.So only changine thinking angle,to realize the sustainability of government bonds,we need find stably developing mode of government bonds relative size and basic requirements of realizing this mode.
