The article discusses some categories of the thought of the Confucianism, such as the humanity, the golden mean, the sincere and the trust, the righteousness and the interest etc. and their guiding significance to the construction of the theories of modern public- relations of our country. Also, it sets forth some problems to which we must pay close attention in the construction and the practice of the theories of the modern public- relations.
