Abstract
The development and application of automation system for oil storage tankfarm in Sinopec Zhenhai Refinery and Chemical Company are described.This automation system of oil storage tankfarm is consisted of data acquisition system of storage tank,monitoring system of storage tank and movement/management system of crude oil.The system application displays that the automation in operation and management of tank is realized,which increases the work efficiency and liberates the operators from heavy work.
