Abstract
Objective To investigate blood lead level of children in Yinchuan city from 2005 to 2008 and its influential factors,and to provide basis for lead poisoning prevention implementation,screening and treatment.Methods The national childhood lead poisoning prevention project established unified questionnaire was chosen and filled in questionnaire by the guardian in the unified training under the guidance of a doctor.Results Children's blood lead level and lead poisoning rates were still at a relatively high level.The blood lead level of kindergarten children was higher than that of the scattered children,and childhood lead poisoning rates decreased with age increasing.The blood lead level in male was higher than that in female.There were 6 factors out of 69 factors which questionnaire survey performed in children's blood lead levels monitoring had significant correlation,and 5 factors out of 6 factors were positively correlated blood lead levels.Conclusion Abnormal rate of blood lead in children in Yinchuan city is 6.4% and it is decreased year by year.
