Abstract
OBJECTIVE To determine the significance of detecting high risk type human papillomavirus(HR-HPV) DNA in diagnose of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).METHODS 196 cases were selected from hospital to detect the HPV DNA,and the data of patients with CIN were analyzed.RESULTS HR-HPV DNA positive rates in CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ were 88.63%(39/44),90.00%(36/40) and 93.75%(105/112),respectively,and the difference was statistical significance in 3 groups(P0.05).And the greater risk of cervical lesions were, the higher HR-HPV DNA positive rates were.CONCLUSION HR-HPV detection plays an important role in diagnosis of CIN.
