People-Centred is the Core Values of Market-Oriented Labor Relations

Abstract

The people-centred social theory in the scientific concept of development definitely and rational determines the nature of market-oriented labor relations in China.We should turn over to think and renovate the values of labor relations in China,and understand the cultural connotation of market-oriented labor relations better in order to enhance the rational mutual understanding of the actors of labor relations.
