Abstract
Interstitial lung disease(ILD) is a challenging clinical entity associated with multiple connective tissue diseases(CTD).CTD-ILD comprise a group of diseases with respect to complex histopathology,different imaging appearances,difficult treatment and is a significant cause of mortality.In the article,histopathology,imageology,clinical features and therapy headway of CTD-ILD were reviewed.
