In Vitro Culture of Trichomonas Vaginalis with Virus Strain

Abstract

Objective:To cultivate a Trichomonas vaginalis cell strain with Trichomonas vaginalis virus(TVV) in vitro culture.Methods: Trichomonas vaginalis collected from clinic was cultured by ox liver medium in vitro.In the different cultured time,the shape of Trichomonas vaginalis.was observed by light microscope and electron microscope.Results: Trichomonas vaginalis with Virus Strain grew very well in ox liver medium(PH=5.54) in vitro.Conclusion: The Trichomonas vaginalis with Virus Strain was succeedly cultured by liver medium in vitro.
