Abstract
The valid data organization and transformation is the first major step in data mining process. Three main database structures suitable for data analysis are introduced in this paper,which are data warehouse,web warehouse and data marts. The characteristics and the organization ways are discussed respectively. The data matrix about a subject database and its typical transformation,frequency distribution processing and two values processing,are analyzed.
