Abstract

Feedwater pump system of 300MW circulating fluidized bed boiler in Honghe Power Generation Company consists of two turbine feedwater pumps which can provide feedwater of boiler 100% BMCR and one 50% BMCR motor feedwater pump acted as reserved.In the start-up process of unit 2,with damaging of motor feedwater pump’s motor and shutdown of unit 1,adopted start-up boiler’s steam as deaerator heating,gland system steam and stand-by steam of turbine feedwater pump,adapted turbine’s high and low stand-by valves after main steam pressure increasing in order to guarantee reheating steam pressure between 0.6MPa and 0.8MPa,then started turbine feedwater pump by reheating steam,pumped boiler drum with turbine feedwater pump.Eventually,the unit 2 is started successfully and this kind of start-up way provides 300MW CFB boiler with technique support.
