A Study of the Strategies of Realizing Sustainable Development of the Population in the Poverty-stricken Areas of Liaoning Province

It is a common phenomenon that poverty often leads to rapid growth of population in poverty-stricken areas. The vicious circle between birth and poverty has become an important factor that restricts regional economy and social development. To revitalize the old industrial base and build an all-round well-off society, it is momentous to explore the law of the benign growth of population in the poverty-stricken areas of Liaoning Province, thereby to control the size of population and improve the quality of population. The measure is to shake off poverty economically, stress implementation politically, and emphasize education culturally and to realize the sustainable development of population.
