Abstract
Combined with practice in construction management of highway works,and shortages existed in construction organization design in construction enterprises the necessity to carry out construction organization design in highway works is discussed.Author points out that to develop the specialty and roles of cost engineers in enterprises is important to the preparation of construction organization design and increasing economic benefits.
