Abstract

Community policing(CP)is one of the hottest issues concernning China police and police academe at present. In the CP construction of public security organs nation wide, it is necessary to make the CP basic theory clear, realize we should further liberate and change our ideas and thinking, and cope with the relationship between CP and public security ground fundamental work, public order comprehensive control, the modernization of police equipment and community construction.
