Abstract

The small and medium-sized enterprises can not go into the public capital market for financing and satisfy its capital starvation and take the direct financing ways of the collecting capital,bond finacing,share financingand local people credit financing.But in their financing,there are the problems of the illegal financing,which assault the normal fiance order directly and harm the moving of social economy.
