Investigation and Development Strategy of the Community Sport in Tianjin

The article investigated and analyzed the major problems which existed in the system of the community sport management, the organizing ways, the industrialization of community sport, professional trainer team on sport and the new organizing system of community sport system. Through analysis, the authors suggested that the solutions of improving the management of community sport in big cities were as follows:(1) to enhance the leading role of the government through legislation; (2) to set up non-government organization, which would become the new organization in running community sport; (3) to establish a high quality trainer team; (4) to support the non-profit organization with promoting it as the major power in organizing the community sport; (5) to establish a new model of community sport system as an innovation in community sport.
