Abstract

This paper proposes that the development of real estate investment trust is one effective way which can open up the financing channel of real estate through analyzing the current real estate capital source, financing way and recognizing existent financial risk of our country. This paper analyzes the real estate investment trust with SWOT method depending on the actual situation of real estate market in our country, the development real estate investment trust is new tendency for the real estate.
