Abstract
IROX2000 Mid-infrared spectrometric analyzer is employed to determine the oxygenates in gasolines.Straight run gasoline,reformat gasoline,catalytic cracking gasoline and other base gasolines are selected for preparation of 36 groups validation standards of different concentration and multicomponent validation standards of the oxygenates.The content of oxygenates in different gasolines are analyzed.The accuracy of the method is validated through comparing with gas chromatography technology.This test method is faster,more repeatable,less expensive than GC methods.
