Abstract

This paper probes into some problems faced by local universities in the construction of literature resources,and holds that the libraries of local universities can strengthen the construction of literature resources and serve better the readers through conducting the joint purchasing,strengthening the inter-library association and resources sharing,developing the network cooperation,and strengthening the communication with the readers,etc.
