Abstract
The report delivered in the 17th National Party Congress has deeply provided insights into the importance of corruption punishment and effective corruption prevention.It requires all Party members to realize that anti-corruption is far-reaching,complicated and a hard task.In this case,great importance should be attached to building up an anti-corruption system and a clean government.The article provides insights into the anti-corruptive systematic construction and corruption punishment,based on the new situations and problems occurred in anti-corruption and corruption punishment work in highway engineering in recent years.
