Abstract
To determine the total acid in mulberry wine with the equal potential interval potentiometric titration, the end-point of titration should fi rst be set by calculation, then it can avoid the problem of long-lasting time of direct potentiometric titration and the diffi culty of judging the positions of two-point potentiometric titration. The results showed that with this method the recovery of standard addition was 96.54%, the RSD was 0.29% and the MDL was 0.016 g/L. Compared with national standard method, it had the advantages of easier operation, simpler data processing and higher accuracy and precision.
