Abstract
HFCG160-140 Roller Press frame is used as the research object,.The finite element analysis software COSMOS Works is applied to the modal finite element analysis of the frame, the preceding 6 orders natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the frame are obtained, analysis showed that the occurrence of resonance frame is not easy and at the same time dangerous location, dynamic stress and vibration modal analysis and the relevance of changes in the dynamic stress amplitude and frequency statistical comparison, the middle of the beams is the strong position of the vibration and then optimize the design of the frame, compared the vibration mode and magnitude of before to after, simulation results indicated that it can significantly reduce the vibration of the frame.
