Abstract
The war between the Sui Dynasty and Koguryo is not the so called aggression of Sui Dynasty against Koguryo.It is the final link of unity of Sui Dynasty.Sui Dynasty and Koguryo respectively dealt with the civil war during the Sui koguryo war.At last,the war induced the destruction of Sui Dynasty and the changes of the situations of the Noutheast Asia.
