Abstract

China has been the first object of the anti-dumping from the country of the world for seven years from 1996. The USA has become one of the most important countries in this period. The paper generalized the change of the anti-dumping from the USA to China and the effect to its economic development. Based on these the paper analysis the main cause and brought forward the corresponding measures. It will help the Chinese enterprises to cope with the case of anti-dumping from the USA.
