On the Perfection of Gansu Tourism Legislation

Abstract

After 20 years′ development,Gansu tourism has realized a rapid growth.Gansu tourism legislation also becomes gradually perfect.This paper presents an analysis of the status of Gansu tourism legislation,the problems existing in tourism legislation and the perfection of Gansu tourism legislation in order to give some advice and suggestions for the perfection of Gansu tourism legislation.
