The article provides a new interpretation on production forces and productive relations and their dialectical relations as follows:1) Productive forces are the compound forces of all social productive organizotions; 2) Productive relations are the economic relations integrated by the labors in the productive process; 3) Productive relations decide productive foces; 4) Productive relations make counteraction to productive forces.
