Abstract

Systemic-functional grammar is a linguistic theory taking sociology as the orientation.In the latter half of the 20th century,systemic-functional grammar plays an important role in the development of linguistic theories.As the core of systemic-functional grammar,meta-function is continuously developing.The paper aims at analyzing the application of metafunction in systemic-functional grammar.
