Abstract

Firstly, this paper points out the importance of modern service industry in improving urban competitiveness. Then the authors analyze the problems and prospects of modern service industry in Suzhou city, and discuss the industrial relationship between Suzhou and Shanghai. In the end of this article, the future strategies of development of modern service industry of Suzhou are provided.
